MINDING- THE- GAP CONSULTANTS INC.
During a business trip in London, England, a few years ago, I was travelling the 'Tube' and listening to the repetitive message of 'MIND THE GAP' warning passengers that there is a gap between the platform and the train. I thought that we could apply the same message to Employers and Employees.
